Courtney Forti

Courtney is a creative and enthusiastic educator who loves supporting individuals in navigating their unique path of empowered learning. Courtney has a rich background with experience working in traditional education, experiential education, and therapeutic programs. Most recently, Courtney worked as team director and case manager supporting young adults with learning disabilities navigate college and independent living.  She has received extensive training in neurodiversity and specializes in supporting teens and young adults with Autism, ADHD, and Executive Functioning challenges. 

Courtney uses a relational and holistic approach to understand and partner with her clients. She enjoys supporting others in building their confidence, self-advocacy,  and resiliency. She encourages clients to explore and incorporate their own passions and interests  into their academic  life and works to help build the connection between an individual’s long-term goals and their present opportunities and challenges. 

Services include individual student sessions; collaboration with other specialists; parent sessions; and supporting school-based teams, teachers, or tutors.
